Rene has gone and done it again. The cat is out of the bag. The last time I wrote those words was May of 2007. We were selling our business and home, getting ready to hit the road in our new RV. Fast forward nearly 20 years later, we now have our 2024 Arctic Fox 25R travel trailer for sale near Fort Collins, Colorado. In Fort Collins, actually. And that’s because after 7,015 days of full-time RVing we’ve moved into our new sticks and bricks. No, this isn’t the end of Live Work Dream. It’s the beginning of our next chapter.

We’re keeping the Project M stocked and ready to go out for more true camping adventures. And, we’re putting some roots down to enjoy a greater sense of community with friends and family in the area. Meanwhile, we continue working to live the dream life!

What happened? What’s next?

We clearly have a lot of catching up to do. Like: Why? What led to this change? Stay tuned for details… But, I refuse to call it “settling down” because we settled into our nomadic lifestyle long ago. And that routine never stopped us from enjoying life on the road. Or, loving our Arctic Fox trailer.

This 25R travel trailer is our third Arctic Fox. Northwood makes the best built trailers I’ve ever been in. And, the 25R is the perfect trailer for full-time RVing. The size is just right for two people. The open floor plan makes it feel more roomy than other trailers its size. And the E2 hitch makes it easy to haul and maneuver.

We bought this 25R trailer new in late 2024. So it’s less than two years. And we’ve kept it in near mint condition. Unlike our last two rigs, we haven’t made any modifications. We never even adorned the walls with any personal decorations. It is like-new, and very clean. In fact, I’d be perfectly comfortable continuing to live and work wherever we travel in this rig. That is, if Rene and I were both comfortable continuing our life on the road. But, as I’ve said many times before, comfort is overrated. Most 2024 Northwood Arctic Fox 25R travel trailers typically sell between $40,000 and $50,000 when available on the pre-owned or regional dealer market. We only ever drove it from Colorado to California and back, via Oregon. And we cared for it too much to ever take it off road.
